Cancellation Policy
•A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
•If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours or less of the scheduled time, or the client does not show, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
•Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not lose the deposit.
•All online bookings are subject to a convenience fee. Clients who prefer to avoid the convenience fee may book in person by providing the required deposit in cash prior to scheduling.
